Why we do it there?
There are lots of reasons. Let's focus on coffee related ones here ...
Our Simple reasons:
- Green coffee stored in our super cold warehouse! Temps on the south pole can dip to minus 88 degrees. For that reason our green coffee is always fresh
- Ages before human impact: Our paleo-certified© water is carefully hand-drilled from the depths of the cleanest antarctic ice.
- The extreme cold facilitates grinding. The coffee grind is much more evently distributed. This is exactly the same effect as now many of the Barista championships are experiencing: Super cooling their roasted coffee before grinding. We have always been doing this.
- We are completely carbon neutral. Renewable energy used to roast the coffee
- For distribution we use ocean currents to distribute our roasted coffee. This means that the coffee can take a little longer to reach you. Quality and sustainability over speed!
- Plus of course the effect of the Coriolis forces (described in more detail on next page)
No compromise!
Just quality.
Our superclean, crisp roasts are highly sought after specialities.
As much as we ache to satisfy the overwhelming demand from AMAZA-fans all around the globe, production capacities are stone-cold limited and distributed under a strict first-come, first-serve policy.
Leave your email and stay tuned when we release the next Cool Ice batch!

We are dedicated to producing the finest coffee in the most unusual location, with the most progressive technology and life-despising passion.
